New bylaws approval by the Arizona Racing Pigeon Federation was finalized on 1/19. New officers were also approved on 1/19. A direction change to SE received bylaws approval on 1/19. Additionally, YB racing will now include 9 races, as voted items were approved on 5/11/19, along with the YB schedule as posted on the same date. Furthermore, any National level race hosted by a club in the Arizona Racing Pigeon Federation must be conducted through the Arizona Federation, with this decision approved on 9/8/19.
